How long can I rent equipment for?

We offer daily, weekly and monthly rental periods. If your project runs long, just call us — extending is usually simple as long as the machine isn't already promised to someone else.

What happens if the equipment breaks down?

Accepted Answer

Call us right away. Our fleet is well maintained, but machines are machines. If something fails through normal use, we'll work to get you running again — that's the whole point of renting from real people nearby instead of a call center.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes. We deliver throughout Heber City, Midway, Charleston, Daniel, Kamas, Francis, Park City and the greater Wasatch Back. Delivery is priced by distance and equipment, and we'll tell you the cost before you book.

What do I need to rent — ID, deposit, insurance?

Plan on a valid ID and a payment method, and a deposit on certain equipment. For commercial accounts and larger machines we may ask about insurance. Reach out and we'll confirm exactly what your rental needs.

Can I rent equipment for just one day?

Yes. Daily rates are the most common rental we write, especially for homeowners knocking out a weekend project.

How do I reserve equipment?

Reserve online through our equipment catalog, or call the yard and we'll write it up for you. Reserving ahead is the only way to guarantee a specific machine is waiting for you.

Do you offer equipment for sale as well as rental?

Accepted Answer

We do. Most categories include machines available to buy. If you're renting the same machine month after month, buying often makes more sense — ask us to run the numbers with you.

Question 9

Do I need experience to operate the equipment?

Accepted Answer

For most homeowner-friendly machines, no. We'll walk you through the controls, safety systems and basic technique before you leave. On commercial jobsites, operator training requirements are your employer's responsibility.

What are your rental periods and how is time counted?

Daily, weekly and monthly. Rental time runs from when equipment leaves the yard or is delivered until it's returned or picked up, not by engine hours used, unless we agree otherwise.

Do I need a trailer, or can you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Either works. If you tow it yourself, bring a vehicle and trailer rated for the load and we'll help you load and strap it. Otherwise we'll deliver and pick up for a distance-based fee quoted before you book.

Call us as soon as you know. Extending is usually easy as long as the machine isn't already promised to the next customer.

How do I manage an existing reservation?

Accepted Answer

Log in to the Customer Portal to view and manage active reservations. For anything the portal can't handle, call the yard.
