Rental periods
Equipment rents on daily, weekly and monthly rates. Rental time runs from when the equipment leaves our yard (or is delivered) until it is returned or picked up, regardless of hours actually used, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Condition and care
Equipment goes out inspected, fueled and in working order. You agree to operate it safely, keep it secure, use it only for its intended purpose, and return it in the same condition apart from normal wear.
Breakdowns
Call us immediately if equipment stops working. Do not attempt repairs yourself. Failures from normal use are our responsibility to resolve; downtime caused by misuse, abuse or operator error is not.
Damage, loss and theft
You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession, including damage, loss and theft. Depending on the equipment we may require a deposit and proof of insurance.
Fuel and cleaning
Return equipment fueled and reasonably clean. Refueling and excessive cleaning are billed at the rates disclosed when you book.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup are available throughout the Heber Valley and Wasatch Back, priced by distance and equipment, and quoted before your reservation is confirmed.
Signed agreement controls
